2. Age Restriction

You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase products from Yarts Land. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. We reserve the right to cancel any order where we suspect the purchaser is under 18.

3. Products

All products sold by Yarts Land are nicotine vaping products compliant with UK Tobacco and Related Products Regulations (TPD). Our products are intended for use by adult smokers and vapers only. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

4. Orders & Payment

Orders are placed via WhatsApp or email. We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion. Payment must be received in full before dispatch. Prices are subject to change without notice.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within 1 working day of payment confirmation. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by couriers or customs.

6. Returns & Refunds

Faulty or incorrect items may be returned within 7 days of receipt. Opened e-liquid products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Contact us via WhatsApp or email to initiate a return.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Yarts Land shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

8. Health Warning

Nicotine is a highly addictive substance. Vaping products are not risk-free and are intended to help adult smokers switch from cigarettes. They are not recommended for non-smokers.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
